1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE IS SHIPPED AND ON ITS WAY?
We keep you informed at every stage. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping & tracking information.
Once you receive the tracking number from us in the email, you can track the package from our order tracking page
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for status to update.

3. HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped from our partner's warehouse within 3 business days. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 2 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it may sometimes take longer. However, we keep you informed at every stage via emails.

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

While some parcels can arrive early, some may experience shipping delays. If your order does not arrive within 8 weeks upon purchase, we can reship your order or offer a guaranteed refund! :)
